Spacious, clean and convenient location to everything! Best part is parking right outside your door easy to load and unload coolers, etc! Worth having a private spacious place over a hotel room with the parking lot far away. Ocean reef park so close and the most beautiful with free parking. Close enough to walk if you prefer! Restaurants close enough to walk! Favorite places Sailfish Marina best sunsets and Castaways best food within walking distance!

The house is lovely. Exactly as it was described in the listing. The host Dave was extremely easy to communicate with. At the last minute my husband and I decided to stay two extra days and Dave assisted us very quickly and seemlessly. In fact we got a better deal because we stayed for 7 Days versus five. What a nice surprise that was!! We will definitely come back to Singer Island and would rent the house again for sure!

The place is exactly like the description online. Clean as described, no pets smell either. It was spacious and got everything you need.Dave is an awesome host. Master bedroom mattress is very firm and secondary bedroom mattress is on the plush side. Excellent location, get to everything within 5 mins. Highly recommended! Worth a repeat trip!
